Some of our clients require a property to be returned to its original state (typically Cat B) at the end of a lease, ready for the next tenant, or they may use a strip out to de-risk a refurbishment project by enabling main contractors to provide accurate quotes on a stripped-out property, with no hidden issues.
Office clearance and strip out can also qualify a property for zero-rating of business rates.
Principal contractor for 'stand alone' strip out
In these cases Umberslade will strip out as Principal Contractor, providing a complete strip out project management service with the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out safe, cost-effective strip out & internal demolition in compliance with CDM (Construction Design Management) regulations.
