Umberslade has kicked off 2025 with a packed schedule, delivering strip-out and groundworks projects across the UK. We’ve started strong with the clearance and recycling of racking material in a large distribution centre, preparing the facility for reconfiguration while following our“Snag Zero” commitment to seamless handovers.

This month, we’re proud to deliver 29 commercial office and other strip-out projects across the UK, including: ✔Commercial Office Clearances in Birmingham, Telford, Cambridge, Blackpool, Bristol, Daventry, London, Leeds, Wolverhampton, Rugby, Leicester, Bridgend, Donnington, Warwick, Manchester, Nottingham, Richmond, and Luton. ✔ Full-building works addressing M&E systems, cladding, mezzanine removal, and large-scale site clearance. ✔ Specialist projects, including student accommodation (298 rooms) and retail strip-outs with escalators and lifts.

We’re also delivering key groundworks and infrastructure improvements across multiple sectors: ✔ Healthcare: New substation installation in Birmingham. ✔ Education: Surfacing, drainage, and chiller slab extension in Dudley and Coventry. ✔ Retail: Reinforced concrete ramp and raft slab in Peterborough. ✔ Leisure: Foundations and drainage for a new facility in Doncaster. ✔ Commercial: Lift base reinforced concrete in Richmond. ✔ Community Redevelopment: Market redevelopment in Bilston. ✔ Automotive: Surfacing, drainage, and hard landscaping in Stourbridge.
